Evaluación de la composición del microbioma oral y fecal en un grupo de pacientes diagnosticados de espondiloartritis según su exposición a terapia biológica modificadora de la enfermedad: un estudio de antes y después
Datos básicos
Objetivos del proyecto
To describe demographic, clinical and laboratory characteristics of the participants included (patients with SpA, IBD, and healthy subjects) . · To identify the microbial genomes of gut microbiota from patients with SpA, healthy and IBD with a metagenome-based analysis. · To analyze the phylogenetic and functional diversity of gut microbiome from patients with SpA at baseline in comparison with healthy subjects . · To analyze the changes in the composition of the fecal and oral microbiota in patients diagnosed with SpA according to their exposure to disease-modifying biological therapies (anti-TNF or IL-17 inhibitors) with clinical and disease activity variables. · To analyze the predictive functional profiling of fecal and oral microbial communities using 16S rRNA marker gene sequences in patients with SpA before onset and after exposure to biological disease-modifying therapy (anti-TNF or IL-17 inhibitors)
