Evaluar la actividad antihipertensiva, antiinflamatoria y antiagregante plaquetaria de los polifenoles ácido cafeico y clorogénico sobre un modelo in vivo e in vitro de activación de AII, adhesión y activación plaquetaria causada por el lipolisacárido de la bacteria periodontopatógena Porphyromonas gingivalis.
